Camp Cost
$150.00 per camper. Family discounts are available for families with more than 2 children attending. 3 or more children is $125 per camper.

Camp Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Check-in begins at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 08, 2011. You are responsible for arranging transportation for your child to and from camp. Camp will end with lunch on Sun, Aug. 12nd. Please pick up your child between 1:00pm and 1:30pm. 

Extra Money
There will be no need for your child to bring extra money to camp for T-shirts and snacks. Those have been donated to the camp. We will, however, be taking an offering on Monday night for those who want to give to Open Arms International. OAI is a Portland-based charity that works in Eldoret, Kenya. We know the founders personally and positively trust every penny is given to their projects in Kenya. This year we will be donating money to the program that feeds the children who live in the slums and the streets. Visit www.openarmsinternational.org for more information about them. 

Mail for Campers
If you would like to send mail to your camper please mail to Canby Grove Conference Center, 7501 S. Knights Bridge Road, Canby OR 97013. We cannot guarantee return mail for letters and packages that come after the camp date but we will do our best to return it if there is a return address.

Adult Seminars
Adult seminars will be available for those adults staying with us at the camp as well as daily visiting adults who are not part of our staff. Seminars will include teaching and instruction that is designed to help your children develop a deeper relationship with the Lord.

Adult Accommodations
Canby Conference Center offers private rooms of one queen bed, one twin bed, private shower, sink and toilet. Linens are provided. The cost includes dining for all meals with our campers. $150 per person staying in the rooms. A limited number of rooms are available and will be held when a $25 deposit is received. Please register for these rooms under adult registration. All Adults over the age of 18 must have a $20 background check. You will find the link for the online background check on the registration page. Your child between the ages of 8-12 may stay with you in one of these adult rooms and still participate as a camper in our camp. We will assign your camper to an adult cabin leader. Your child will spend the days with this particular cabin group. It is your responsibility to make sure your child connects with the camp leader in the morning at breakfast. If your child is 7 or under you are responsible for your child at all times. The fee for children 5-7 years old who will be participating in the meal plan is $125.

RV Sites
RV sites are available with full hook-ups, 35 amp electrical outlet. The cost is $30 per night if you are not participating in the meal plan at camp. If you would like to participate in the camp meal plan the cost is $150 per person. You will also need to have a background check done for each adult 18 and over staying in the camper.
